Barbara Kuta, 65, of David City, Nebraska, died Saturday, April 19, 2014, at David Place in David City. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, April 24, 3:30 P.M. at the Gass Haney Funeral Home with Father Bernard Kimminau officiating. Interment will be in the St. Bonaventure Cemetery. Barbara Kuta was born September 15, 1948, in Columbus, Nebraska, to Edward and Rachel (Zarek) Kuta. She lived in Beatrice before moving to David City. Barbara is survived by: Sister: Pat (Bob) Hawthorne of Shelby, NE Sister: Linda (James) Estes of Woodville, TX Sister: Paula (James) Krieger of Shelby, NE Sister: Karen (Kent) Frerichs of Columbus, NE Several nieces and nephews Barbara was preceded in death by: Parents: Edward & Rachel Kuta
