Bio
Leroy Bill Mitchan, 70 went home to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on April 15, 2014. He was born in Corpus Christi on April 16, 1943 and was employed with TXDOT for 35 years, he adored his family, enjoyed camping and traveling. He was a loving husband, dedicated father and a generous grandfather. Leroy is preceded in death by his parents Emil and Angelina Mitchan also two brothers Jerry and Emil Jr. Mr. Mitchan is survived by his wife Anne Mitchan, his children Angelina (Peter) Higgins, Kimberly (Michael) Gisewhite, Stacy (Roger) Mitchan, Leroy B. (Kim) Mitchan Jr., Katherine Mitchan, sisters Janie Bodwell, Mary Ann Benes and Evelyn Ridgley also twelve grandchildren, one great grandchild and countless nieces, nephews and friends. Interment will follow mass at Seaside Memorial Park.
