Bio

Daniel Henry Welch, 62, died at a local hospital at 6 p.m. Thursday of tuberculosis. He was born in Murray on July 28, 1889 a son of the late Daniel and the late Ziporrah Welch. He had lived in Salt Lake for eighteen years. Survivors are his widow, Mrs. Matilda Graham Welch; one son, Raymond Welch, and six daughters, Mrs. Vida Catan, Mrs. Adolph Matern, Mrs. Ray Zufelt, Ethel, Loraine and Margaret Welch, all of Salt Lake; seven grandchildren; two brothers, Walter and Albert Welch, of Ogden, and one sister, Mrs. Mary Bennion of Murray.
