Imogene Thomas Ingram Hambrick was born to Fred Thomas and Lois Creighton Thomas, in Big Spring, Texas. She married J.C. Ingram September 9, 1949, in Big Spring, Texas, and is survived by their two children, Brenda Ingram Hambrick and husband Randy of Lubbock, and Brad Ingram and wife Carla of Stanton. She married Bill Hambrick in 1979 and he preceded her in death in 2005. Additionally, she is survived by four granddaughters: Meredith Hambrick Jones and husband Brad of Lubbock; Amanda Hambrick Carrell and husband J of Dallas; Allison Ingram Knight and husband Danny of Wylie; and Lisa Ingram Shanks and husband John of Midland. Other survivors are great-grandchildren Maggie and Drew Jones, Cooper and Carson Carrell, and Carley and Brayden Knight, her sister, Dorothy Woods and husband Dallas of Henderson, Texas, a niece, Devon Phenix, of Henderson, and a nephew, Dale Woods, of Waco.Imogene was a member of Southcrest Baptist Church in Lubbock, Texas. The family wishes to express profound appreciation for the care provided by Dr. Michael Robertson and Staff, Hospice of Lubbock through Dr. Jeremy Brown, Chaplain Elizabeth Abraham, and nurse Lindsey Glasscock, as well as her many caregivers at Serendipity Suites under the loving supervision of Miss Mae.
