Bio
Theresa Kubacak, 98, of Hereford died Monday, March 17, 2014. Prayer vigil will be at 6 p.m. today in Parkside Chapel Funeral Home. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Thursday in St. Anthony Catholic Church with the Rev. Anthony Neusch, pastor, as celebrant. Burial will follow in Rest Lawn Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are by Parkside Chapel Funeral Home of Hereford. Mrs. Kubacak was born Dec. 10, 1915, in West to Rudolph and Annie Wolf Kutscherousky. She was married Frank Kubacak and had three children. Survivors include a daughter, Polly Goodman and husband Bill of Hereford; seven grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. The family suggest memorial be to St. Anthony School Endowment Fund, 114 Sunset Drive, Hereford, TX 79045. (Published in Amarillo Globe-News, March 19, 2014)
