His World War I Draft Registration states his birth year as 1875. Henry had been a Mine Foreman in Winter Quarters, Utah. On his California death certificate his occupation stated as Mine Superintendent. His cause of death was listed as Arthritis Deformans contributed by terminal bronchopneumonia.
