Karma Evans Whimpey 1918 - 2014 Early Life: Karma was born on Groundhog Day, February 2, 1918, in Lehi, Utah, to Sylvester and Mary Ann "Edith" Smith Evans. Life's Work | Service | Interests: On November 23, 1940, Karma married Allen Dale Whimpey. He preceded her in death January 25, 1970. She enjoyed sewing Barbie clothes, quilting, crocheting, and making porcelain dolls. She was an enthusiastic doer, always had a happy attitude and loved expressions of love with hugs and kisses. Karma Evans Whimpey passed away March 12, 2014, in Highland, Utah, to join her husband, parents and family who have waited for so long to be reunited. She was 96. Survived By: Her five children: Carolyn Horrocks (Lynn) Scott Whimpey (Janie), Dennis Whimpey (Jan), Janet Davis, and Blaine Whimpey (Angie); two older brothers, Keith Evans and Sterling Evans; and a sister-in-law, Velda Evans; 42 grandchildren, 72 great-grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
