Ora was the daughter of Hiram L.E. and Nancy (Cole) Morrison. She was married to Joseph Walter Harrison "Walter" Griggs 23 April 1905 in Wayne County, Tennessee. They had four children: Clinton, Howard, Lena and Morrison.
