Bio
GEORGE WYLIE SEAL, 67, of Pearland died Friday, March 7, 2014. He was born June 18, 1946 in Hope, Arkansas to parents, Lonnie and Ruby (Yarborough) Seal. George served in the United States Army and received a Bachelor's Degree in Education and later became a teacher. He married Mary Ann Fojt-Lee on February 2, 2013. He was an active member of the Texas Lions Club. He started the Leo Club at Alvin High School to promote teen involvement in the Lions Club. He is survived by his wife, Mary Ann; his children: Donna Redd and husband John, David Seal, Danny Seal and Paul Seal; his brothers: Larry Seal, Powell Moore, Jack Seal, Billy Ray Seal, Bobby Seal and Russell Taylor; sisters: Gaynell Stewart and Earlene Delaune; and grandchildren: Taylor Redd and Zachery Redd. George was preceded in death by his brother, Kenneth Seal. A visitation was held Tuesday, March 11, 2014 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Froberg at Oak Park Chapel, where the funeral service was held Wednesday, March 12, 2014 at 2:00 p.m., with Pastor Ralph W. Hobratscha officiating. Interment followed in Confederate Cemetery. Arrangements under the direction of Froberg Funeral Home at Oak Park.
