Cemetery Index has year of birth as 1892, I believe stone is incorrect as all other records indicate 1891.
Bio
Fred was the son of Ralph and Emma May (Hall) Tweedy. He grew up on farms in Jefferson and Van Buren counties, Iowa before the family moved to Holt county, NE in the early 1900's. Fred worked on the farm and married Emma Buskirk around 1925. In 1930, they lived in Bon Homme county, SD and Fred worked as a farmhand. They moved to Knox county, NE and in 1940, Fred was a laborer for the WPA project. Fred and Emma had children: Marion, Benjamin, Darlene LaCroix (died 2008, buried Crofton, NE), Harold, Etta Barber Lucas Schimonitz, Deloris LaCroix, Fred Leroy, Jr (died in infancy), Donna Milliken, Betty Ann (died in infancy), Kenneth, Richard "Dick", and Sharon Kaiser.
