Bio
Floyd Edison Pilgrim, born on March 9, 1925 went to be with the Lord on March 6, 2014 at the age of 88. He is preceded in death by his daughter Rosanne Willis, and grandson Rocky. He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Georgia Kana Pilgrim, daughter; Susan Lucas (Kenneth), son; Charles Pilgrim (Donna), sister-in-law; Dorothy Oliver, grandchildren; Amber, Kevin, Laura, Katherine, Matthew, and Cody, great-grandchildren; William, Robert, Chelsea, Ryan, Hayden, Charlee, Calina, and Christian, great-great-grandchildren; Ariel, Keegan, and one on the way. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. He served in the U.S. Army in Europe and fought in World War II and in the Korean War. He landed in Normandy, fought in the Battle of the Bulge, and helped liberate Dauchau. Arrangements by Mission Park Funeral Chapels South, San Antonio.
