Bio
Robert C. Mader, age 80, passed away peacefully on Tuesday March 4, 2014. Robert was preceded in death by his parents, August and Bertha Mader and eldest son, David Dale. Robert is survived by his wife of 61 years, Joy, his children, LaraLee and her husband, Scott Grady, Martin Mader, Andy Mader, Stacey Mader and Charles Mader, 14 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Bobby graduated from St. Mary's High School in Albuquerque, NM. Bobby was a proud United States Navy veteran and a retired Albuquerque Police Department officer. The Rosary will be recited at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, March 8, 2014 at 10:30 a.m., followed with the celebration of the Mass at 11:00 a.m. at San Ysidro Catholic Church, 5015 Corrales Road, Corrales, NM. Burial will be at the Santa Fé National Cemetery in Santa Fé, NM at a later date.
