Bio

Rev. S. A. Wesley, age 99, of Adairsville, GA, passed away on Friday, April 17, 2015 at Floyd Medical Center. He was born in Mobile, AL, on February 5, 1916. Rev. Wesley was a member of Poplar Springs Church and pastored several churches. He is a veteran of the United States Army and served during World War II. He was preceded in death by his parents; first wife Linnie Floyd Wesley and second wife, Eula Irene Wesley; son, Rev. Bobby Wesley. Funeral services will be held Monday, April 20, 2015, at 3:00 PM from Poplar Springs Methodist Church, Adairsville, with Rev. Steve Morrow officiating. Interment will follow in Eastview Cemetery, Adairsville.
