Bertie Loveall Bertie Mae Webb Dobbs Loveall, 88, passed away on July 9, 2013 in Kingwood, Texas surrounded by friends and family. For many years Bertie served as an Executive Secretary for the Houston Public Health Department. She was a member of the Canyon Lake Eastern Star and United Methodist Church. Bertie was preceded in death by her husband Floyd Loveall; parents, Daniel and Alla Webb; sister, Aulean Stewart and husband Doyle and daughter Marilyn Weir and husband Tom. She is survived by her sister Regina Goleman; brother, Alfred Webb; daughters, Sue Schreiner and husband Brad, Brenda Watson; son, Manuel Dobbs and wife Michelle; grandchildren, Julie Brusselback, Tracy Faucette, Mindy Clark, Troy Weir, Cathlyn Weir Fierro, Wade Watson, Brent and Adam Schreiner and 14 Great Grandchildren. There will be a visitation on Friday, July 12th from 6-8 pm at Forest Park Westheimer. Funeral service will begin at 10 am, July 13th in the main Chapel of Forest Park Westheimer Funeral Home.
