Bio

Annie Langford, 91, of Waco, died Tuesday, February 25, 2014 in a Waco Nursing Home. Graveside services were held at 11:00 a.m. Friday in Woodland Cemetery in Rosebud. Rev. Jim Robertson officiated. Mrs. Langford was born April 22, 1922 in Ratibor to Alois and Albina Doskocil Posvar. She grew up in Cyclone and married J.E. Langford on May 4, 1942. She lived for a short while in Westphalia and moved to Waco in 1947. She worked for the J.M. Wood MFG Company in Waco. She was preceded in death by her husband. She is survived by two sons; two grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Visitation was held from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m. Friday at Cook-Gerngross-Green-Patterson Funeral Home in Rosebud.
