W A Or Slim Ferguson, 73 DEATHS Advocate, The (Baton Rouge, LA) - Thursday, September 22, 1988 Died noon Tuesday, Sept. 20, 1988, at his residence in Baton Rouge. He was 73, and a native of Mississippi. He was a retired operating engineer. Visiting at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East, 11000 Florida Blvd., after 8 a.m. until religious services at 10 a.m. Thursday, conducted by the Rev. M. Frank Drury. Burial in Greenoaks Memorial Park. Survived by two daughters, Barbara F. Quin, Baton Rouge, and Dottie F. Campbell, Knoxville, Tenn.; a sister, Idell Bowles, Mississippi; a brother, Winfred McClarty, Memphis, Tenn.; four grandchildren, Loren Campbell, Norfolk, Va., Susan and Renee Quin, both of Baton Rouge, and Charles "Chuck" Quin, Cherry Point, N.C.; nieces and nephews.
