Mary Kuchar daughter of Mr. and Mrs.Frank Kubac.Mary Kubac married Frank F. Kuchar. ________________________ Mrs. Mary Kuchar, 81, of El Campo Is Buried Here Funeral services for Mrs.Mary Kuchar,81,formerly of here but more recently of El Campo,were held Monday morning at Hubbard Funeral Home and St. Michael's Catholic Church,with interment in the church cemetery. Services were led by R.Rev.Msgr.A.F. Drozd and Rev.Victor A. Raska. Mrs.Kuchar died at 5 o'clock Saturday morning,Sept. 29,in El Campo,at the home of her son-in-law and daughter,Mr. and Mrs.Frank Tanecka.She had been in ill health for some time. Born Nov. 22,1876,she was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs.Frank Kubac,who brought her to this country when she was 6 years old.They settled in the New Bielau area she continued to live in this area after her marriage to Frank Kuchar,until 1938 when they moved to El Campo.Mr.Kuchar died in 1940.For the past 10 years she had made her home with the Taneckas who moved from here to El Campo 4 years ago.She was a member of St. Phillips Catholic Church there. Surviving in addition to the daughter,Mrs.Tanecka,is one son,Emil,of Freehold,New Jersey.A daughter,Mrs.Josephine Slovak and two sons,Albert and Victor preceded Mrs.Kuchar in death within the past five years,and another son died as an infant. Pallbearers were Hugo Bubela of Nada,Eddy Green of Houston,Anton Kuchar of Columbus and Charles Schenk,Anton Cejka and Leo Lebeda of here. Weimar Mercury,October 3,1958
