Married: Alton Tadlock Date Married: August 25, 1945 Work History: She started into her health foods career in 1970 and loved what she did throughout her lifetime Additional Information: Irene was known for her contagious smile and unconditional love for everyone. She loved people and welcomed everyone into her home. Preceded in death by: her parents; husband; and three sons, Keith Tadlock, Kenny Tadlock, and Kyle Tadlock. Survived by: her daughter, Kathy Tadlock; a son Kerry Tadlock and wife, Caren, of Caddo Mills; two brothers, Buddy Poehls and Benny Poehls; a sister, Lydia Roggenbuck; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
