Butler County Press (David City, Nebr.), September 9, 1915, p. 3, col. 3 The little 11-year-old [ sic ] son of Mr. and Mrs. John Culek died Sunday morning with bronchial pneumonia. Funeral services were held at the Culek home Monday morning at 10 o'clock. The babe's name was Vladislav John.
