Mrs. Clara Minarcik, 79, of Rt. 1 Fayetteville died Tuesday at her residence. Funeral services will be held this Friday at 10 a.m. at St. John’s Catholic Church in Fayetteville with the Rev. Ben Mazurkiewicz officiating and interment in the Fayetteville Catholic Cemetery. A lifelong resident of the Fayetteville area, Mrs. Minarcik was born Aug. 10, 1905, the daughter of the late Joseph and Anna (Malek) Kulhanek. She was united in marriage with Rudolph Minarcik Sr. Nov. 23, 1926 in Fayetteville. Mr. Minarcik preceded her in death in 1970. She was a member of the KJZT, Altar Society and Rosary Society. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Alex (Maxine) Wrobleski of Galena Park and Mrs. Pearl Isley of Houston; one son, Rudolph Minarcik of Houston; one sister, Mrs. Lad (Martha) Hornak of Fayetteville; one brother, Theo Kulhanek of Fayetteville; 13 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by four brothers and one sister. Koenig-Peel Funeral Home, Inc. was in charge of arrangements.
