Mrs. Vaudie Coleman Wright, 92, of Corning, AR., passed away Thursday, February 13, 2014, at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center in Paragould, AR. Mrs. Wright was born on November 14, 1921, in Oxly, AR. She was retired from the Clay County Courthouse where she served as an assistant clerk. She was a member of the First General Baptist Church in Corning. She is survived by three children Randal Coleman and wife Cynthia of Corning, AR., Roy Coleman, Jr., of Corning, AR., Brenda and husband Ross Moore of Lonoke, AR.; two brothers Jesse McDaniel of Sidney, AR., Charles McDaniel of Mount Pleasant, AR.; eight grandchildren Cindy and husband Matt Woolard, Karie and husband Jason Skaggs, Heather and husband Kevin Staggs, Mark Coleman and wife Sherry, Justin Coleman and wife Priscilla, Josh Moore and wife Erica, Jordan Moore, Alex Teur; seven great-grandchildren and good friend Bud Whitehead. She was preceded in death by her husband Robert Roy Coleman, Sr.; her parents William and Ethel (Chadwick) McDaniel; two brothers Mearl McDaniel, Cress McDaniel; three sisters Lois Tilley, Zola Harness, Lola Treat and granddaughter Tina Woods. Funeral services were in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel. Burial was in the Corning Cemetery.
