Maxine was married 1st to Wendell Triplett. Maxine was married 2nd to Frank B. Kadavy. Maxine A. Kadavy, 75, of Lincoln entered into rest on February 6, 2014. She was born July 1, 1938 to Stanley and Sylvia Prochaska. Loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Maxine is survived by children Peggy (Ronnie) Wright, Ted Triplett, Sandra (Jim) Ren, Bonnie Kadavy, Susan DuPont, Calvin (Terri) Kadavy, and Dallas Kadavy; grandchildren Brook, Kirsty, Brandon, Star, Holly, Jonathan, Justin, C.J., Joshua, Dawn, Jason, Sheldon, and Shelby; 16 great-grandchildren; brother Melvin (Virginia) Prochaska; sister Carol Coalson; many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Frank Kadavy; first husband, Wendell; children Beverly Ann and Allan; step-son Donald Kadavy; and sister, Marilyn Kantor. Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday, February 10, 2014 at 10 AM, St. Mary's Catholic Church, 1420 K Street, Lincoln. Interment immediately following at Lincoln Memorial Park. Visitation will be Sunday, February 9, 2014 from 1 – 7 PM, with family greeting friends from 5-7 PM. Rosary service following visitation at 7 PM, Lincoln Memorial Funeral Home, 6800 So. 14th St. Memorials to St. Mary's Catholic Church or in care of the family.
