Funeral Services for Mary Duffer Wall, age 71 of Dike, will be held at 2:00 pm, Sunday, February 8, 2014 at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home with Jerry Savage officiating. Interment will follow in the Brashear Cemetery with Grandsons serving as pallbearers. Visitation will be 6 till 8 pm, Saturday, February 8, 2014 at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home. Mary Duffer Wall passed away on Thursday, February 06, 2014 at her residence. She was born in Ridgeway on October 12, 1942, the daughter of Ray F. and Katie B. Owen Duffer. She married Herman Wall in Dallas, TX on May 27, 1970. She was grocery store Cashier and of the Church of Christ faith. Survivors include: husband, Herman Wall of Dike; daughters, Lisia Tamayo and husband, Michael of Desoto, Anita Fuqua of Mabank, and Shelia Wall of Lancaster; step-son, Paul Wall and wife, Sherry of Red Oak; sister, Gladys Wesson of Sulphur Springs; grandchildren, Paul H. Wall, Matt Wall, Shannon Alegria, Mindy Lofthouse, Justin Fuqua, Sasha Fuqua, Logan Gerecht, Sarah Marks, Lacey Tryee and Sunshine Zimmerman; and nine great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by parents, three brothers , two sisters and stepson, Wendell Wall.
