Bio

City of Dallas police officer killed in the line of duty. He and his partner were arresting a burglary suspect who had a knife. The suspect lunged at Officer Wood with the knife and when his partner fired at the suspect, the bullet ricocheted off the knife blade and went into Officer Wood's chest. He was married and had 3 children.
