Evanna Stewart Laid to Rest Evanna Jarvis Pittman Stewart, 81, of Yale Circle, died Tuesday, May 27, 1980, in American Fork Hospital. She was born May 10, 1899 in Spanish Fork to George and Ann Bell Peterson Jarvis. She married Daniel Pittman, April 10, 1922, in Salt Lake City. He died August 3, 1939. She married William LaVerle Stewart, September 13, 1944 in Salt Lake City. He died March 23, 1978. She served an LDS mission to New Zealand, and was also a home missionary. She was active in the Relief Society and in the American Fork Senor Citizens. She was a member of the American Fork Senior Citizen's Fun Band. Her survivors include three sons and a daughter, D. Ernest Pittman, Mrs. Sherman (Bernice) Doyle, both of Orem; Don Pittman, American Fork; Keyth Pittman, Ogden; one stepson, Moyle D. Stewart, San Jose, California; 15 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held Thursday at 11 a.m. at the American Fork Fifth LDS Ward Chapel.
