Bio

Burl O. Hunt, 80, died March 4, 1992 in Waco. Services at Connally Compton chapel, burial in Rosemound Cemetery. Mr. Hunt was born in Moody TX on Feb 15, 1912, graduating from Waco High School in 1931. He served in WWII as a Merchant Marine. On June 2, 1956 he married Myrtle L. Morgan. He retired from General Tire in 1974. His memberships included: Bellmead Baptist church, Fidelis Lodge No 1127 Scottish Rite and being a 32nd degree Mason for over 40 years. He was past president of Karem Clown unit. Survivors include: wife, Mrs. Myrtle hunt of Waco; sister, Bobbie McKethan of Woodway TX; brothers, Owen Hunt of Atlanta TX, Weldon hunt of Waco and Maferd Hunt of Houston.
