Church, Verona and son-in-law of the late Lyman Black ( Think this should be BEACH) was buried in Verona Monday last. ************************* Auburn News and Bulletin Tuesday Feb 10, 1880 YORK, REV. WILLIAM E. The Rev. William E. York, an esteemed member of the Central New York M. E. Conference, and pastor of the church at Stockbridge, Madison county, died at Stockbridge on Saturday, aged 55 years. Mr. York was a preacher for more than 30 years and was well known throughout the Conference and else where as a most faithful minister of the Gospel.
