Services for Willie Franklin McIntosh, Jr., 64, of Temple will be 12 p.m. Wednesday, January 1, 2014 at Harper-Talasek Funeral Home in Temple. Burial will follow at Power's Chapel Cemetery in Rosebud. Mr. McIntosh passed away on December 25, 2013, at his residence. He was born September 6, 1949 in Rosebud, Texas. He retired from the U.S. Postal Service in Rosebud. Mr. McIntosh was preceded in death by his father, W.F. McIntosh, Sr.; his mother, Essie Chambers McIntosh; a brother, Robert McIntosh; and two sisters, Rosie McIntosh and Violet Goode. He is survived by his wife, Anita New McIntosh; three nephews, Darell, Keith, and Bryan Goode of Alabama; a niece, Jackie of Kentucky; step-daughter, Consuelo Touchette and husband Todd of Fort Worth; step-son Audie New, Sr., and grand-sons Audie New, Jr., Philip New, and Chase New. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. – 12p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
