Darryl L. Petelinski August 2, 1962 – December 23, 2013 Darryl L. Petelinski, age 51, a native of Baldwin County and a resident of Loxley, AL passed away peacefully at his home on Monday, December 23rd, 2013. Mr. Petelinski is survived by his loving and devoted spouse, Daniel Corriveau. He is also survived by his loving and caring mother Virginia Petelinski of Robertsdale, AL; his loving sister Linda [Petelinski] Tyson and husband Jim and their daughter Ginger; his brothers Daniel Petelinski of Summerdale, AL, David Petelinski and wife Donna of Robertsdale, AL, Douglas Petelinski and wife Barbara of Robertsdale, AL, Frank Petelinski and wife Janet of Robertsdale, AL; his sister-in-law Louise Corriveau of Summerdale, AL; aunts and uncles; nieces and nephews; cousins; several in-laws in Vermont, Maine, Arizona, and Canada; and many good friends all over the world. Mr. Petelinski is pre-deceased by his father Edward Petelinski. He was a chef for many years and worked on the oil rigs in the Gulf of Mexico. Darryl owned and captained his own shrimp boat, "The Louisiana Pride". He LOVED to fish. Darryl was truly a wonderful person. Through his love and mastery of cooking and baking, Darryl brought many people together for wonderful gatherings with family and friends. Darryl brought much love to the world, making it a much better place. His caring and kind nature will guarantee that he will be fondly remembered by all who knew him. He will be greatly missed.
