Juzek, Charles Jr. 1897-1978 Charles Juzek, 81, Merrill, lifelong Plymouth county resident, died Dec. 23, 1978, at the Akron hospital after a long illness. He was born June 13, 1897, in Liberty township to Charles and Rose Pordack Juzek. His marriage to Wilma Lake took place at Elk Point. Funeral services will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Mauer Funeral Home in LeMars. Burial will be in Merrill Hillside Cemetery under the direction of the Mauer Funeral Home. Rev. Jack Hebard will officiate. He was of the Lutheran faith. A prayer service will be held at 7:15 Tuesday at the funeral home. Survivors are his wife, Wilma, rural Merrill; a son, Marvin of rural Merrill and a daughter, Mrs. Leonard (Donna) Plueger, rural LeMars; a step-son, Robert Williams, Merrill; 16 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren; also a sister, Mrs. Harry (Mayme) O'Connor, Hinton.
