Bio
Cacilia Rerucha was the daughter of Alois and Marianna(Lyrony)Rerucha born in house 13 Valec Moravia. On 10 September 1874 Cacilia and her older sister Francisca immigrated to the United States aboard the S.S. Hohenzollern. Cacilia married Jan Josef (John Joseph) Tomek around 1879. Francisca was born 23 September 1850 but the mothers name is listed as Antonia (Dubrowunly). They also had an older sister Maria whose mother was Antonia. Antonia Rerucha died in 1853 and Alois remarried to Marianna. Francisca married Joseph Mataj (Joe) Jambor. Maria married Karl Vlcan. In 1900 Cacilia was the mother of 6 children but only 4 were living at that time. John Joseph Jr., Mary F., Alois Charles (Louis) and Phillip Anthony. This information was obtained from the Moravian Provincial Archives in Brno, USFC and the ship manifest of the S.S. Hohenzollern.
