"Evelyn Ruzek, 11 year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Anton Ruzek, died last Friday morning. About five weeks ago she underwent an operation for appendicitis from which she had recovered sufficiently to be able to attend school, but shortly after complications set in from which she never recovered.
