Theresa Bedrich, 99, of Temple died August 7, in Temple. Funeral services were held August 10 at Ocker Brethren Church with Rev. Ron Winsman officiating. Burial followed in Ocker Brethren Cemetery. Bedrich was born April 12, 1903 in Zechoeice, Czechoslovakia, the daughter of John Gerza and Rosie Nedbalek Gerza. They came to the United States in 1906 and lived in Bell County most of her life. She married Frank J. Bedrich in 1921, who preceded her in death on March 11, 1980. Bedrich was a housewife and was involved in artwork and baking. She was lifetime member of Ocker Brethren Church, a member of SPJST #24 and the Christians Sisters Society. She was also preceded in death by two brothers, and one great-grandchild. Bedrich is survived by two sons; sisters, Albina Mekush of Cameron, Bessie Sakewitz and Olga George, both of Taylor; and five grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren.
