Frances M. Kush, age 77, of Columbus died Thursday, December 19, 2013 at the Columbus Community Hospital. Frances was born December 3, 1936 in Farwell, Nebraska to John and Rose (Robak) Koperski. She grew up in Farwell. She married Robert A. Kush on August 3, 1955 in Farwell. They lived in Ord, West Point, Grand Island and Lexington before moving to Columbus in 1980. Frances was a member of St. Anthony Church. She worked for Columbus Public School System at the Middle School. Frances lived for and enjoyed her family. Frances is survived by: daughter: Debra L. (Ron) Greenwalt of Grand Island, NE son: Timothy R. Kush of Columbus son: Mitchell I. (Jan) Kush of Broken Bow, NE daughter: Sheila R. Kush of Columbus, NE and Dick Hough of Columbus 10 grandchildren 9 great grandchildren She was preceded in death by: parents, husband: Robert A. Kush , daughter: Rosemarie A. Brugger
