Thanks to contributor #48796369 Arthur E. Bausch, 90, of Aurora, formerly of Lincoln, died Saturday, May 22, 1999, at Hamilton Manor in Aurora. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Lincoln Memorial Park Cemetery. Those attending the services are to meet at Lincoln Memorial Funeral Home (Gate 3) before the service. Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Mr. Bausch was born on May 14, 1909, on a farm near Hazard to Richard and Johanna (dela Motte) Bausch. He married Olive Wille in 1935. They lived in Grand Island for several years and then moved to Lincoln. Mrs. Bausch preceded him in death. Mr. Bausch worked in sales for Fairmont Creameries and Omar Bakeries in Lincoln. He also worked in maintenance for the Lincoln public schools, the Nebraska State Capitol and Nebraska Wesleyan University before retiring. He loved gardening, reading and traveling. He traveled across the United States, Canada and Israel. Survivors include his second wife, Beulah (Johnson) Bausch of Lincoln; one son, Arden of Tiberias, Israel; one daughter, Connie Bibian of Grand Island; and three grandchildren. In addition to his first wife, he was preceded in death by three sisters, Adele Siebenlist, Freida Buckner and Ella Eisenmann; and four brothers, Lawrence, Ernest, Raymond and Carl Bausch.
