Married Bernice Marcel Wolfe 14 Jul 1925 at Lawrence, Kansas. Roy W. Parnell, 52, 2227 N. Taylor, died Saturday morning in a Topeka hospital. He was born Sept. 10, 1907, in Jefferson County and lived in Topeka most of his life. He was superintendent for the Acme-Harding Glass Co. He was a member of the Kansas Avenue Methodist Church, Golden Rule Lodge No. 90, AF&AM, Scottish Rite bodies, Arab Shrine and Glaziers Union Local No. 1818. Mr. Parnell is survived by his wife, Mrs. Bernice Parnell of the home; two daughters, Judith Kay Parnell of the home and Mrs. Jo Ann Arthur, 4610 W. 22nd; three grandchildren; his mother, Mrs. Clara Parnell of North Platte, Neb.; two brothers, George Parnell of Needles, Calif., and Marshall Parnell of Spokane, Wash.; and three sisters, Mrs. Sylvie Barlow of Los Angeles, and Mrs. Dorothy Kasha and Mrs. Clarabelle Kasha, both of North Platte, Neb.
