Carved Fieldstone for marker Posted in Lawrence Democrat-Mar. 11, 1904 Venus Since my last writing, death has visited our Locality and claimed for it's victim Uncle Press Williams. He was one of the oldest men in the country and will be greatly missed by his many friends and loved ones. He sank peacefully to rest after an illness of several weeks. All was done that could be to save him, but to no avail. Funeral services were conducted by Rev. Proctor Sunday afternoon at Mt. Lebanon Cemetery where interment took place.
