Daughter: Phyllis D Pell Daughter: Robin Deann Pell Daughter: Debra Lynn Pell Daughter: Kerri Dawn Pell Son: Duane Keith Pell Son: Ricky Dale Pell Nelda Pell Tippie of McKinney, Texas passed away March 25, 2013 at the age of 77. She was born December 19, 1935 in Van Alstyne, Texas. Nelda married Elbert "Bill" Tippie on September 14, 1978 in Melissa, Texas. She is survived by her daughters, Kerri (Pell)Carpenter of Mesquite, Texas, Robin Smith of McKinney, Texas, Phyllis Wheeler of Beaumont, Texas; sons, Keith Pell and fiance Laurie Tilley of Anna, Texas and Ricky Pell of McKinney, Texas; grandchildren, Jason Williams, Andy Jeffcoat, Jara Bailey, Shelby Pell, Kyler Pell; great-grandchildren, Daniel Galvan and Bethanie Galvan; six sisters; two brothers and other loving family members and friends. Nelda was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Tippie; first husband, Wayne Pell; daughter, Debbie Bailey and three brothers. A funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m., Friday, March 29, 2013 at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home Chapel in Allen, Texas. The interment will take place at 4:00 p.m. at the Melissa Cemetery in Melissa, Texas. The family will receive friends during a visitation on Thursday evening from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
