Bio

Dovie Estelle Bush, 92, of Norman, died Monday, February 21, 2000. She was born on June 5, 1907 in Mississippi, the daughter of David Campbell and Tabitha Moore Campbell. On March 2, 1924, she was married to Marion Bush who preceded her in death in 1964. She was also preceded in death by one son, Gerald D. Bush, in 1988. She was a member of the New Life Assembley of God church in Norman. She is survived by her daughter Imogene Pittman of Norman; two sons, James M. Bush of Norman and Harley D. Bush of Hot Springs; one step-daughter, Mildred Inez Foshee of Fort Smith. Services were held Wednesday, February 23 in the New Life Assemble of God Church with Rev. Jerry Jester officiating. Burial in the Black Springs Cemetery under the direction of Davis-Smith Funeral Home. Glenwood Herald 2/24/2000
