Bio
Grace McGregor, 91, of Lewisville passed away at her home, Saturday, November 16, 2013. Grace was born in Colgate, OK on January 21, 1922 to Pete and Sallie Mounger and lived in Lewisville since 1946. She married the love of her life, Loyd McGregor in 1947. She worked as a cashier at Salmon Food Store, Dickie Grant Grocery and Market, Gibson's Discount Center and Walmart. Most recently she lived at Renaissance Village and enjoyed playing games with her many friends. Grace never met a stranger. Grace was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Loyd in 2000; sisters, Fannie, Lula Mae, Janie, Jewel. Delia and Stella and brothers, Alvin, Floyd and Earl. She is survived by two daughters, Judy Stephens and her husband, James of Lewisville and Mitzi Gonzalez and her husband, Tony of Lewisville; three sisters; Ruby Mounger of Allen, Zola Eastup of Greenville and Delphene Vandyke of Temple; brother, Harlin Mounger and his wife, Ann of Princeton; grandchildren, Michelle Nickelson and her husband, Brian of Flower Mound, Brian Stephens and his partner, Andy Miller of Austin, Jenny Hall and her husband, Dustin of Krum, Kelly Stinchcomb and her husband, Jim of Granbury and Joseph Gonzalez and his wife, Adrian of Lewisville; great grandchildren, Clark Miller-Stephens, Jordan Hall, Jessica Hall, Jace Hall and Jaxon Hall, Daren Stinchcomb, Darla Stinchcomb, Gavin Gonzalez, Preston Nickelson and Tyler Nickelson; as well as many other relatives and friends. Funeral service will be held at 3:00PM, Wednesday, November 20, 2013 in the Mulkey Mason Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be from 2:00PM to 3:00PM prior to the service. Grace will be laid to rest next to her husband in Old Hall Cemetery.
