Bio
Charles was born on July 3, 1939 in Kiowa, OK to parents Fern (Derryberry) and Edgar Hines and entered into eternal rest on November 15, 2013 at the age of 74. Charles was known as "Charlie" to those who knew him. Charlie loved his family and enjoyed teaching his kids to feed and raise chickens. He spent his time raising chickens and roosters. Charlie taught classes on how to fight chickens. He loved hunting and fishing on Cedar Creek Lake. Charlie worked as a laborer for Asphalt Co. for many years. Charlie was preceded in death by his parents, wife Betty Dobecka Hines, daughter Elizabeth Hines and grandson Michael Wayne Holland. He is survived by his son Charles Wayne Hines of Mabank, daughters; Pamela Khan of Mabank, D'Lana Thompson and husband Todd of Seven Points, Stephanie Kay Silvey and husband Jessie of Brownsboro, grandchildren; Brandon Wayne Pace, Justin Holland, Garrett Wayne Culps, Hayden Hines, Aliyana Guera, Matox Guera, great-grandchild Sylus Wayne Holland, niece Debbie Heilman of OH, nephews; Bobby Heilman and Jimmy Heilman of OH, other loving family members and many friends
