Frank L Cadek was born Feb. 16, 1923, in Nebraska, to Wencel J. and Anna Cadek. Wencel and Anna were born in Czechoslovakia, and farmed in Eureka Valley Township, near Valley, Nebraska. All their children were born in Nebraska. The 1930 Census lists Wencel J., 39, farmer Anna , 34, wife Lamire , 14, son Emenial , 12, son Erma , 9, daughter Frank , 7, son Lilie , 5, daughter The 1940 Census shows that Lamire was no longer at home, Lilie had grown up to Lillian, and now son Albach was part of the family. Wencel J. was now known as W.J. W.J. , 49, farmer Anna , 45, wife Emanual , 21, son, farm laborer Frank , 17, son, farm laborer Lillian , 15, daughter Albach , 12, son Frank L. had completed 8th grade elementary education, and now was working with his father on the family farm. By 1956, Frank Cadek was married, to Clarice R. Cadek. The couple lived in Omaha, at 2923 Deer Park Blvd, and Frank was no longer farming.
