Bio

Joy Ann Henry age 86, of Warren, AR died Sunday, October 16th, 2016 at the Drew Memorial Hospital in Monticello, AR. She was born February 14th, 1929 in Camden, AR a daughter of the late Charles Hutton and Mamie Brownell Hutton. She was a graduate of the Camden Public Schools, a retired nurse with 40 years of service and a member of Immanuel Baptist Church in Warren, AR. She was also preceded in death by her husband Smead Henry whom she married October 4th, 1952 and he died September 23rd, 1997 after 64 years of marriage. A brother Charles A. Hutton, Jr, 2 sisters Allean Layton and Margie Speers and 2 grandchildren Pamela Ann Blankenship and Gracie Wry all proceeded her in death. She is survived by 2 sons, John Henry and spouse Barbara, Warren, AR and Charles Wry, Marion, VA. A daughter Mamie Ruth Blankenship, Bardstown, KY. 14 grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews and friends. Funeral services 2:00 PM Tuesday, October 18th at Frazer’s Chapel with Rev. Gary Carter officiating. Burial in Union Hill Cemetery by Frazer’s Funeral Home. Visitation 12:30 PM till service time on Tuesday at Frazer’s Funeral Home.
