Married Charles H " Ed" Edmondson, in Chino, San Bernardino Co, Ca. Ernestine Joyce (West) Edmondson was a teacher all her life. Joyce taught everything from a one-room schoolhouse to principal of a large high school, all in California. She won many awards for her teaching and administrative work, and also for her community service. She had a great sense of humor and a very outgoing personality and was loved by students, teachers and friends alike. She and her husband "Ed" loved to fish and camp and spend their summers doing that when she was not in school for an upgrade course. They had a wooden cabin in Bouquet Canyon in California near Los Angeles with a stream running behind the cabin and the woods full of birds, squirrels and little creatures. She and Ed lived their lives to the fullest, always laughing and having a good time and many dear friends in California and Montana. As the saying goes, she was the life of a party. Ed died in 1968. Near her end, she still went out and about in a wheel chair. Her 1st Huspand: Victor Maurice Paul Bio was written by Joyce's niece Diana Eugenia Dry Info Furnished by Sandra Brookshire Behne
