Bio

Mrs. Viola Hinsley Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home for Mrs. Viola Hinsley, who passed away in an Irving Hospital. She [is] survived by her husband, Acie Hinsley of Irving; daughters, Mrs. Melvin Gant of Allen and Mrs. C. B. Stoker of Irvin; three grandchildren, Melvin Gant Jr., of Houston; Mrs. Percy Phillips of McKinney, and Mrs. Stephen Brown of Montgomery, Alabama; two brothers, Lee Sutherland of McKinney and Wre Sutherland of Irving; and a sister, Mrs. Delta Harvey of Dallas. Rev. John Robertson of Kirkwood Methodist Church in Irving, assisted by Rev. Rickey Ricker, will conduct the memorial services. Pallbearers will be Percy Phillips, Melvin Gant Jr., Stephen Brown, Gene Bell, Bobby Sutherland and Otis Hinsley. Interment will be in Pecan Grove Cemetery.
