Survived by wife, Roberta; daughter, Lisa Martincik and husband Daniel Crawford, Iowa City, IA; sister-in-law, Carol Martincik; nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends Thursday 5-8pm at West Center Chapel. FUNERAL Friday 11am West Center Chapel. Interment Hillcrest with full military honors by American Legion Post #1. Due to Frank's battle with cancer, the family suggests memorials to the American Cancer Society or Discovery Presbyterian Church.
