****BIO NOT VARIFIED BY THE CURRENT MANAGER OFTHIS MEMORIAL **** William had been at a sale in Dallas, when he dropped dead of a heart attack. William's sons brought his coffin back from Dallas in a wagon. They buried him in the Fitzhugh Cemetery (now Forest Grove) and placed a temporary marker. During a large thunderstorm, the marker washed away and they couldn't remember the spot so a marker was never placed. Information provided by Dana Meeks Findagrave volunteer #46876679 Thank you Dana
