Son of William Carey Young (1871-1944) and Ellora Fair Lanier (1878-1908). William and Ellora were married on 3 Jan 1895 in Louisiana. Married Annie Margaret Johnston (1904-1995). They had at least two children - Ida Willann (1930-2003) and Kathryn Margaret (1934-2005). Ida Willann was born on 26 Sep 1930 in Abilene, Taylor County, Texas. She married Ancel Edward Nunn, Jr. (1928-1999) on 20 Oct 1949 in Taylor County, Texas. They had at least one child - Ancel Edward, III She died on 8 Aug 2003.
