STIFF, Mrs. E. R. McKINNEY, TEXAS -- Aug 25 - Mrs. E.R. Stiff, wife of Capt. Ed Stiff of this city, died this morning. Yesterday morning she suffered a paralytic stroke, from which she never recovered. The deceased is one of the pioneers of Collin County and has many relatives and friends in North Texas.
