B: Marshall, Tx. D: Ft. Worth, Tx. Buried: 09/26/05. Survived by wife, Jackie Cox. ∼ Obituary "JAMES W. COX, 59, of Sachse, Texas, passed away September 19, 2005 in Fort Worth, Texas. He was born October 15, 1945 in Marshall, Texas. James is past Worshipful Master of the Garland Masonic Lodge #441 AF & AM and a member of the Scottish Rite. He is preceded in death by his son, Chris Cox. James is survived by his wife, Jackie Cox; his mother, Opal Cox; a stepdaughter; and a stepson; and four stepgrandchildren. The family will receive friends from 3:00 P.M. until 5:00 P.M., Sunday, September 25, 2005 at Charles W. Smith & Sons Funeral Home in Sachse. Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, September 26, 2005 at Charles W. Smith & Sons Funeral Home. Reverend Pete Dugger officiating. Graveside service will follow at 3:00 p.m. in Little Hope Cemetery in Wood County, Texas. Reverend Melvin Harrett officiating at the gravesite."
